Welcome to AstraaHire. By accessing or using our platform at astraahire.com ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our Platform, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and agree to these Terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
  • You must not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
  • HR accounts can only be created by registered organisations.
  • Mentor and company accounts require verification through official email.

3. User Roles and Responsibilities

3.1 Students/Aspirants

  • You may create a profile, browse jobs, apply for positions, and use the AI advisor.
  • Information on your profile must be truthful and accurate.
  • You must not misrepresent your qualifications, skills, or experience.

3.2 HR/Recruiters

  • HR accounts are created by organisations — no self-registration.
  • Job postings must be genuine and for actual open positions.
  • You must not use candidate data for purposes other than recruitment.

3.3 Organisations

  • Company accounts require verification through official email domain.
  • You are responsible for the actions of HR accounts you create.
  • You must not post misleading job descriptions or salary information.

3.4 Mentors

  • Mentor profiles require verification through official company email.
  • You must provide accurate information about your experience and qualifications.
  • Paid mentors must deliver sessions as booked. No-shows may lead to account suspension.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

  • The Explorer plan is free. The Career Ready plan costs ₹299/month.
  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, AI-generated advice, skill maps, and software — is the property of AstraaHire and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

6. AI Advisor Disclaimer

The AI career advisor provides guidance based on available data. It is not a substitute for professional career counselling. We do not guarantee employment outcomes. Advice should be used as one input in your career planning process.

7. Prohibited Activities

  • Using the Platform for any illegal purpose
  • Scraping, data mining, or automated collection of data
  • Impersonating another person or organisation
  • Posting spam, fake reviews, or misleading content
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other accounts
  • Using candidate data for purposes other than legitimate recruitment

8. Limitation of Liability

AstraaHire is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee job placements, interview calls, or specific outcomes. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
