Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid services on AstraaHire, accessible at astraahire.com.

1. Subscription Plans

1.1 Career Ready Plan (₹299/month)

  • The Career Ready plan is a monthly subscription billed at ₹299 per month.
  • Your subscription activates immediately upon successful payment.
  • Each subscription period is 30 days from the date of payment.

2. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Upon cancellation, your paid features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the free Explorer plan.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Full Refund (within 7 days)

If you are unsatisfied with the Career Ready plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your payment, provided:

  • It is your first subscription purchase on AstraaHire.
  • You have not used the AI advisor for more than 20 messages.
  • You submit the refund request via email to support@astraahire.com.

3.2 No Refund (after 7 days)

Refunds are not available after 7 days from the payment date. This includes:

  • Partial month usage — no pro-rata refunds.
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated advice (AI outputs are guidance, not guarantees).
  • Failure to use the platform — non-usage does not qualify for a refund.

3.3 Failed Payments

If a payment is charged but the subscription is not activated due to a technical error, you will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days.

3.4 Double Charges

In the event of a duplicate charge, the extra amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days after verification.

4. Refund Process

  1. Send an email to support@astraahire.com with subject "Refund Request".
  2. Include your registered email, payment ID (from payment history), and reason for refund.
  3. Our team will review and respond within 48 hours.
  4. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. Mentor Session Refunds

  • Mentor no-show: Full refund of session fee if the mentor does not join within 10 minutes.
  • Student cancellation (24+ hours before): Full refund.
  • Student cancellation (less than 24 hours): No refund — mentor's time was blocked.
  • Student no-show: No refund.

6. Institution Plan

Refunds for Institution plans are handled on a case-by-case basis as per the custom agreement. Contact your account manager.
